Gradimeli ("we," "us," or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the application "受験プランナー" (Entrance Exam Planner) (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The following study-related data that you create or enter in the App is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or shared with us or any third party:

• Tasks (study schedule) you register
• Study time records
• Registered reference books and their progress
• Goals (events) such as mock exams and the actual exam date
• In-app settings

This data is permanently deleted from your device when you uninstall the App.

2. Location Data and Device Identifiers

The App does not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or any other device-identifying information.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not display advertisements and does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs. It also does not currently use any analytics tool that collects usage data.

4. In-App Purchases (One-Time Unlock)

Purchases of paid features in the App are processed through the payment systems provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play (In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing). Payment information such as credit card numbers is never provided to or stored by us; we only receive information indicating whether a purchase has been completed.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose or share any information obtained through the App with third parties.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

7. Use by Minors

The App is primarily intended for high school students preparing for university entrance exams. Because it has no feature that collects personal information, minors may use it without a parent's or guardian's consent.

8. Backup and Notification Features

The App includes a backup feature that lets you export your recorded data to a file and restore it later. Depending on your own actions, the exported file may be shared to an external storage location or service of your choice, such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or email. We do not obtain or store this file ourselves.

The App also includes a notification feature that informs you of your study progress; this is a local notification handled entirely on your device, and no data is transmitted to or from a server for this purpose.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may change the content of this Policy in response to changes in applicable law or the addition of new features to the App. If we make a material change, we will notify you within the App or on this page.
